Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your pillO account and all associated data by contacting us directly.

What will be deleted:

• Your account and profile information
• All medication records and schedules
• Your complete adherence history and logs
• XP points, levels, and streaks

To request deletion, send an email to:

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

You can also delete your data directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Sign out → Delete account
